Our Top Ten Hen Party Tips

  1. If most of your guests are on Facebook or Whatsapp start a Hen Party group where you can communicate information to everyone nice and easily. If it is on Facebook start a group page as it is far easier to control and you don’t get too many annoying notifications
  2. Once you have an idea of who is coming to the party work out all costs, remember any travel arrangements, additional decorations, party bags etc that you may wish to add. These all cost money and can end up being really expensive for the person organising the party
  3. Ask each guest to pay a deposit of at least £10 to start with and get it paid straight into an account. Keeps it simple and easy to trace payments.
  4. Once you have worked out all costs ensure you pass on the information to the guests and get them to fully pay in advance. That way you are not left having to pay extra money for those who don’t turn up
  5. Theme’s are good but only if the entire party are up for it. Keep it simple and easy for guests to do
  6. Games are a great way of getting to know each other there are loads of Hen Party Games ideas on Pintrest
  7. Split the party into 2 groups and perhaps have a competition to see who knows the bride the best
  8. Keep the night classy especially if the bride has Mum’s, Grans etc who may be embarrassed
  9. Ensure you are aware of the full terms and conditions of your venue. Some venues do not allow fancy dress, blow up dolls etc
  10. Have fun and stay safe
